On-Site Editing Services:

As well as providing video and animation for events, our team can deliver on-site production and editing support to help you create tailored end of event videos and web streams in real time.

With our on-site editors working alongside our film crews we can shoot, edit and deliver your film onto the big screens for that perfect end of event experience, highlighting the learning from the event, delegate feedback, and the fun had by all of those involved.

We can also edit your event footage on-site and upload completed videos for web streaming to your chosen website in real time, broadcasting your message to a global audience instantly.

With careful planning, we can provide mass on-site duplication so your delegates can have a DVD, memory stick or a podcast to take away with them at the end of the event.

Team Building Sessions:

Using teams of specialist film crews and professional filming equipment, Underground Media has developed a fun and engaging series of team building sessions that transform your colleagues into stars and film makers.

The core task is for the team to communicate a business challenge or message by creating a short film.

Our expert team guide the delegates through the processes of story boarding, script writing, location scouting, filming, sound recording and editing.

The sessions challenge their organisation, communication & team work skills, and each delegate will have the opportunity to operate professional camera & sound equipment under the watchful eye and guidance from our team.

For shorter sessions, the delegates concentrate on developing their story and planning the shoot after which they will be in charge of directing and managing one of our own film crews and editing teams to complete their challenge.

Used by Barclays Bank, Boots and BNY Mellon, this team building session has met with great success and has proved a fantastic and fun way for staff to improve team work and communication skills, as well as providing a great ‘take home’ video for all involved.

The team building sessions are fully adaptable and can be used as part of a larger training programme, or simply as a self contained day. We can tailor the sessions to cover a variety of training needs and ensure that the output hits your communication objectives.
